There’s something weirdly comforting about having a surf shack style restaurant in a town without surf. It should be weird, but El Taco is just so goddamn delicious and their burritos are so goddamn big that you can’t do anything but get excited when someone yells “surf’s up!” and you know they mean “Let’s get El Taco!” Surf’s up!
